Lion-Hearted: Leo Season Celebration

I’m still vibrating from the powerful, organic drum beats we created in our Lion-Hearted: Leo Season Celebration at the Women’s Drum Center in St. Paul, Minnesota a few nights ago!

Leo invites us to leave perfectionism at the door and enter into a state of free-spirited, spontaneous, creative self-expression. When we join together in community in this Leonine space, our hearts can recharge. JOY in community is Leo’s medicine. I certainly felt that in our circle. I’m so grateful for the Lion-Hearted souls who courageously said “YES” to this Leo Season adventure - some of whom it was their first time drumming. :)
